Choctaw Hunter's Stew
2 lbs. deer meat
3 stalks celery
2 Tbsp. beef suet
3 medium onions
2 tsp. salt
2 potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 large can tomatos
6 carrots
Cut meat in chunks, brown suet. Add all ingredients, cover with water. Cook until meat is tender.
